Opengl and low frame rates

I am getting low fps on pokemon oras averaging about 16 fps
The new opengl features are also not visible in the graphics tab. I’ve downloaded the emulator a week ago need help with the settings and possible ways to use my opengl 4.5

turn off Hardware Shader and put ur internal resolution to auto

automatic internal resolution scales to the size of the citra window, doing that would put more demand and decrease performance, since citra window minimum size is already 400x240

ok but did you off the hardware shader?

Turn off Accurate Geometry Shader. Everything else is as good as it can be.
