Opengl keeps returning after I delete it

While reading on ways to make my emulator run smoother I saw that the Opengl folder was corrupted in someway and deleting it would help make it run smoother, which it does; however after a couple of minutes of smooth gameplay it begins to stutter again. I looked and opengl had returned, I repeated the process a few more times. before I looked in my recycling bin and saw multiple of the folder

  • GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Nightly 1845
  • Game: Fire Emblem Awakening

If you don’t want it to reappear you will need to disable Disk Shader Cache in the graphics settings in Citra configuration.
