Optimization, 60 FPS ( Metroid: Samus Returns & Zelda OoT 3D )

Issue:
Im having a hard time optimizing the FPS of my games, caping at 30 for OoT and Samus Returns.

That has little to do with optimization. Most 3DS games are 30fps locked. Meaning that any frames above 30 fps will lead to the game speed itself speeding up as well. At 100% game speed, those games should run at 30fps. So at 60fps, it’ll run at 200% game speed.
