Persona Q goes to 0 fps when i get to the choosing navigator part

Issue:
Alright, so i’ve been playing Persona Q using the latest build of citra nightly and the game ran fine (besides some FPS/Speed issues) and it wasn’t bad until i got to a part where i got to choose the team and when i got to the navigator screen trying to press ok causes Citra to go to 0 FPS and the game freezes, and when i try to exit the game Citra decides to crash. i want to continue on playing this game but it won’t let me anymore as anything i do to try to get out of that part causes the emulator to put me on 0 fps and makes citra crash.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.

Disable all cheats, then restart Citra (important, otherwise they remain active). Now try your game again. If the same issue occurs, upload another log file.

i disabled all the cheats and despite all of that it’s still hasn’t fixed anything

here’s a part in the log that i find that mentions errors:

You’re using save states. Don’t. Save states save the entirety of Citra’s state. That means that upon loading that save state, any memory injects done by cheat codes will also get loaded, regardless of the cheats being active in the settings at that time. The memory injects are already present in the emulation state after all.

Use normal in-game save files and test to see if the issue remains. If it does, upload another log file.
