Good luck with a Terascale IGP on Windows. Make sure you have the latest beta driver to get the required OpenGL 4.5.
You would get better performance in Linux.
Get a latest driver of GPU which can provide you the latest OpenGL 4.5

No, your problem is that both GPUs are too old.
Maybe the IGP one can get OpenGL 4.5 support with the last beta driver for them. But if it doesn’t, Linux is your only option to run yuzu on that hardware.

I have some Citra savefiles in windows. Will windows one will work on Linux citra and please suggest a best Linux OS
The Linux version takes the save files without problem.
About Linux distributions, Ubuntu is the easiest to configure, BSoD has a guide on Youtube, and Arch Linux would give the best performance, but it’s a very manual process to set up, gamedev has a guide for it on his YT channel.
