My poke pleago time is not advancing i guess i got a penalty for changing time but i didnt change it for the game . I got to k i got a penalty but its been more than 4 days pls help me

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

It seems this topic has been dead for a while, but I’d like to add that this same thing is happening to me; there are other reports on various Citra topics, none of which were properly resolved… Of note is that I have never used fixed time, I’ve always relied on it reading my system time (which I have also never touched)
It’s weird since I can get Poke Beans from ordering drinks at the Pokemon Centers (which is a daily event), but the Poke Pelago is frozen in time, as if it thinks there’s some sort of tampering involved. I have have a mind to leave the game running for over 24 hours (which is about how long it takes for the flag to be “reset” when you do tamper with the time) and see if that fixes anything…
