Pokemon Alpha Sapphire at 0fps 0% Speed

Issue
Ive been playing smoothly for the past month but just today I was unable to run my game. It stays on 0 fps and 0% speed and after a few minutes the app does not respond. how can i fix this? The game has always been fine and it only started acting up just now.

Ive updated the gpu and it works. though a lot more laggy AHAHAH but still works nonetheless. thank you :slight_smile: will come back if i have any other concerns
