Go to Emulation>Configuration>System
and set your CPU Clock Speed slider back down to 100%. You shouldn’t be touching this slider unless you know what you’re doing.
Additionally, please disable all cheat codes, then restart the emulation (important, otherwise they remain active). Now try your game again.
