It looks like you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background first before closing Citra then immediately upload a new log

Do these steps to make sure it catches the issue:
- Open Citra then
File->Open Citra Folder
thenlog
folder (keep this open in the background, do not close the folder). - Start the game, and after it crashes don’t reopen Citra or the log gets cleared so you have to do it again.
- Reupload the log here.

Yeah that is a little bit better, though it seems it crashes very early. Can you try turn off Hardware Renderer in the Advanced graphics options in Citra then upload a new log in the same way as before?

Hm… just to make sure that Citra is using Nvidia and not Intel HD, open Nvidia Control Panel and in Manage 3D settings set Preferred GPU to Nvidia and while you are there, set Power management mode to Prefer maximum performance.
done
after that?
tried to reopen but crashes again
Can you show ‘properties’ on the file you are trying to open on Citra in Windows? I have a feeling it has like incorrect file size etc.
File size seems ok. Let’s try on a manual build with a new user folder just to check.
Click “Manual download” at: https://citra-emu.org/download/ and click on the Windows icon to download. Extract it somewhere on your computer like C:\testfolder
. Next, create a new folder called user
where its citra-qt is at and then try open the game on this build.
okay is done
running back again
thx for your help
Oh, in that case we should be able to fix your main Citra.
Try reset the Citra settings by clicking the “Reset All Settings” button in the General tab:
After that restart Citra then try open the game again.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
- The ROM you are attempting to run is corrupted. Look here for instructions on how to properly dump ROMs from your 3DS. https://citra-emu.org/wiki/dumping-installed-titles/
you have to redump your rom… refer to this for more information…
