Everytime I start Pokemon Alpha Sapphire everything loads in perfectly fine but when I try to load emulation its says Load/save state error and that it is an unregistered class. I’m not sure what to do I have tried loading different states and none will work. Any Advice on how to fix?

I can see that you only used save states to record your progress. This is not a good thing. Save states are not a replacement for in-game save files. They are more unstable over the long term and tend to break with certain Citra updates (like the recent one). They are meant to be used within single gaming sessions, not beyond them.
In order to recover the save date, and record your progress properly. We’ll need to use an older Citra build to load the save state first:

Extract it using Winrar or 7zip, then launch citra-qt(.exe) from the extracted folder. Load your game, then load your save state, and lastly save in-game. Now you can delete this build and use the latest Citra builds again.
After this, make sure to always save in-game at the end of your playing sessions. That’s the best way to avoid losing all of your progress because of a corrupt, or incompatible save state. Losing progress sucks after al
