Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.

You need to update the drivers, do the following steps.

  1. Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta from https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-7000m-series/amd-radeon-hd-7550m
  2. Download DDU from https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
  3. Run DDU to completely uninstall your current drivers, do it in Safe Mode
  4. Install Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta

Will that work for Windows 8 my current version?

Yes since you have Windows 8.1. Make sure you download the one under Windows 8.1 64-bit on the AMD page.

My current version is Windows 8 not 8.1 will this still work or will I have to update Windows?

From your log, are you really sure you have just 8?

Go to properties on “Computer” and show me what it says.

When I did Winver it said Windows 8.

I got an NSIS error saying it could not write my temp folder.

Ok, since you confirmed it’s 8.1 you can go ahead and do the steps above

Could I get some help please?

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers
  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.

The problems where there before the cheats

GPU Driver Version: Build

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Download win64_15.36.38.5117.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29312/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-15-36-?product=81016
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29312/a08/win64_15.36.38.5117.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Since you have an old GPU you might need to turn off Disk Shader Cache and Accurate Multiplication(it is in the Advanced tab).
