Pokemon let's go crashes when I try and save

Whenever I try to use a mod like a randomizer or rom hack type thing, the game will launch, but whenever I try to save the game, it will crash and I will need to start over. I’m confused because Sword and Shield mods work but let’s go mods do not.

huh? do you mean on my actual switch? Cos that bricked after I dumped all my keys and games
