Pokemon Let's Go Eevee touchscreen emulation

Howdy!
First post here, already searched for a solution on the forums and google and find nothing so, I might as well ask.

I can’t get past a part of the game that requires to use the touchscreen to pet Eevee, and I want to know if that’s a common issue and if it’s possible to fix?

Also in that same part the emulator goes really down on performance, getting just 1 or 2 fps.
I get 12-17 fps outside and 25+ inside buildings,so that felt off.

Windows 10 Pro x64
Intel i5-6300HQ
Nvidia GTX 960m 4Gb
8Gb Ram
