Issue:
After talking to the professor either the video or the program will freeze. There’s no certain point but the farthest I’ve gotten is when the mother calls the player to help with the boxes and the screen goes black. Other than that it keeps freezing there or scenes beforehand.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
Your GPU driver is out of date. To update, download and install igfx_win_101.1191.exe from Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers
