Pokemon Moon Grey screen

Issue:
I get a grey screen every single time i try to play this game, and all I can hear is the audio, I’ve read that updating your driver supposedly works, however it’s updated to the latest version, and i still get the grey screen, also i’m kinda new to this stuff, so please help ;-;

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 7

  • CPU: Toshiba laptop

  • GPU: I’m sorry, I don’t know what that is or how to check it

  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Head-a779304

  • Game: Pokemon Moon

  • Screenshot of Issue (include the full Citra window including titlebar): Idk how to take a screenshot, but there’s plenty of pics of the grey screen online

Sorry, but we need this information. Especially your GPU. Try googling “how to find gpu information”. And “Toshiba Laptop” is not a CPU. And provide the log file.

I already tried that, but all that was coming up was how to check the temp

In that case, use Speccy, & post screenshots of the relevant info (CPU & GPU information).
