Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended for accurate emulation.

Ah I see why your log was ending up so huge, there are a couple of errors making it signifigantly larger.
Editing out these lines:

it looks like you don’t have access to your user directory, you had previous created a thread about fire emblem which had the same issue, and it didn’t work in portable mode also. i suggest for you to download and extract either citra
canary or nightly on your desktop and put it into portable mode.
if that doesn’t work, setup a clean citra installation and user directory and redump your ROM (and update&dlc’s if any):
