Upload your log file as an attachment by dragging & dropping.
In order to save a copy of the log, follow this guide:
In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
Could you upload the
main save file so that I can test it out on my end? You can find it by right clicking on your game in Citra’s game list (you may need to add a game directory for it to show up here), then select
Open Save Data Location.
You can upload it to something like google drive and then post the public link to it here.
That’s a private link, I cannot access it. Make sure to upload the public link to your file.
sleepingSnake? are you here?
Yes, I tested the save file out. Reports as corrupted on my end as well so that means that unfortunately your save progress is gone. You’ll need to start over. Though this usually happens because of messing with cheats or save file editors like PKHeX, this can very rarely happen when you just use it normally. Happened to me on the 3DS once as well, which is a shame.
In order to start over, right-click on your game and select
Open Save Data Location. Then go up one folder in the file path and delete the
00000001 folder as well as the metadata file found here, then restart your game. It should start you over from the beginning again.
Ofcourse, if you made a save state at any point, you can use that to load your game state and then save in-game to overwrite your corrupted save file.
i dont use any cheats or pkhex
