Pokemon Omega Ruby Fatal Error After Puzzle

Issue:
Was Doing a Puzzle with my Mudkip, then when I attempted to exit out, it crashed saying there was a fatal error.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-8130U CPU @ 2.20 GHz 2.21 GHz
  • GPU: Intel® UHD Graphics 620
  • Citra Version: Canary 1640
  • Game: Omega Ruby
