In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
It still crashes the game
Hi, try this:
- Open Citra then go to
File->Open Citra Folder
- Open
shaders
folder then delete theopengl
folder if it is there. -
Emulation->Configure...
then click onGraphics
on the left - Click on the
Advanced
tab and turn onAccurate Multiplication
The Disk Shader Cache
currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication
is turned off causing it to load all shaders slowly from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.
Thank you it is working perfectly fine now

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.
The cheats ran fine, it was when i tried to install a CIA file to update the game to version 1.4
Cheats are version sensitive. A cheat that worked on the base game will not work on a 1.2 game version.
Disable cheats, restart citra (otherwise they remain active), then try to reproduce the crash and upload another log file

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from NVIDIA’s website. Official Drivers | NVIDIA
- You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.
Disable all cheats, then restart Citra (important, otherwise they remain active). Now try your game again. If the same issue occurs, upload another log file.
I’m having issues loading the game too, it crashes after the loading bar fills.
