Pokemon Omega Ruby won't work

Issue:
I recently downloaded Citra and when I went to play Pokemon X or Omega Ruby I could not play the game.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

• Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
• Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

I’m confused about what to do in the FAQ.

Delete %appdata%/Citra/user/nand/data/00000000000000000000000000000000/sysdata/00010017/00000000/config.

I deleted the “config” file and tried to launch Pokemon Omega Ruby and then Windows said there was a problem so I exited Citra. Then I tried again and the same problem occurred. When I checked the folder again the “config” file was there even though I deleted it. I did the same thing again and the when I checked the “config” file was also there again. I don’t know why it was there again.

The config file should be there, it’s just that it somehow gets corrupted. Usually deleting the config helps because Citra will generate a new one.

Try setting the language/region in Citra’s settings to match those of your game.
If that also doesn’t work try using the config savegame from your 3DS https://citra-emu.org/wiki/dumping-config-savegame-from-a-3ds-console/

I tried to delete the “config” file again and when I booted up my rom it worked. Thanks for helping me.

I have some new problems when I selected my language and begun my game the screen went black and glitched out. The game is okay with compatibility but I don’t think this big of a graphics problem is normal. Along with this when I closed the game and started it up again it gave me this.
