Pokemon Shield suddenly freezes

Pokemon Shield suddenly freezes upon opening when I use OpenGL. However it runs fine when I use vulcan however it has very low fps.

Disable Asynchronous shaders and the 60 FPS mod, the Intel integrated GPU is not strong enough to provide good performance.
As a workaround, you can use a lower resolution multiplier to regain performance.

Use OpenGL on Nvidia GPU for Pokemon games, Vulkan is not that god.

Vulkan is fine. Disable asynchronous shaders.
Pokémon Sword/Shield suffers from stability issues for now, save often.
