Pokemon sun connect to internet keep loading

i want to trade pokemon with friend, but stuck at connect internet
i have play alpha sapphire and it also got same problem
i had tried regenerate console id but not work

Hello,

For what I know, to play online you just have to join a room, and you cannot connect directly to the internet.
