Pokemon Sun freeze at start

Issue:
The game works fine at first.I get stable fps but when the call starts and prof kukui appears,the game freezes for like 10 seconds.The game sounds still plays i can still interact by pressing A but the game is still frozen on kukui

can someone help :frowning: i wanna play this game for like ages but i cant find any solutions
