It looks like you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background first before closing Citra then immediately upload a new log.

Some you have an i7-4770S which is a desktop CPU, do you know if you have a graphics card in your computer? You can check in Device Manager under Display adapters.

To update your drivers: Download win64_15.40.47.5166.zip (direct link) from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29971/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=75124

Then follow this guide on how to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

If this doesn’t work, go to Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced tab and turn off Accurate Multiplication
See if that fixes your issues.

Didn’t have to do the first one but the second method worked straight away

I’d still recommend to do the first bit. Updating your drivers should increase your performance not just on citra, but everywhere else as well.
