I started playing Pokemon sword for a while, but now suddenly when I play 5-20 min the game freezes and Yuzu is not responding.
In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by yuzu. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: Getting Log Files - yuzu

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a human moderator to assist.
Set a much larger windows pagefile. Beyond that pokemon sword/shield stability is a wip. You’ll enjoy it more on your console for now until fixed here.
I have set mine to 10000 for a 16gb ram. How much higher do you recommend?
10gb is fine for most games but 20gb can be ideal. The rest is up to emulator to fix
No luck, the game still crashes after 10-15 min. Is there any other solution?
nothing really atm. We all have to wait for emu to improve for sword/shield stability.
Your Processor looks good enough. Is this because of your GPU? I have 6700 XT, playing Sword at 3x resolution and never experienced anything except sudden freeze that happened a total of 5 times in the entire gameplay while catching wild Pokemon in Sword.
at the beginning the game never freezes, only until I reached the second gym leader it suddenly starts freezing and not responding, so I don’t think it has to do with my GPU.
