When playing pokemon sword the game crashes randomly sometimes. Sometimes i can play for a few minutes and othertimes i can be over an hour, the crashes seem a bit random.

set a network interface in the yuzu config please (config >> system >> network) wifi or ethernet whatever you use to connect to your router typically.
Besides that set a much larger windows pagefile (20000 for initial and max size) https://www.thewindowsclub.com/increase-page-file-size-virtual-memory-windows

You seemed to skip what i said about pagefile.
Please also dump your console firmware and apply it to yuzu.
Last thing i can think of is to use much older gpu driver since nvidia is screwing over older gpus on new driver. Something like 472.12 may treat you better.
