Pokemon Ultra Moon Black Screen With Sound

Issue:
I played Pokemon Ultra Moon and after finished electric trial gym - which the dialogue said it would take me to Battle Agency, it crashes and leads into black screen with sound. The FPS is 0 yet frame rate is pretty normal like the usual. I disabled Hardware Shredder, Updated GPU drive, and disabled all my on-going cheats.
