Pokemon Ultra Moon - citra-qt.exe is not responding

When ever I try to load Pokemon Ultra Moon, I get the “citra is not responding error.” Last time I played in December/January, everything worked perfectly fine. I suppose it is important to mention that I (quite stupidly) had uninstalled some random programs that may have affected it a while back around the time Citra was still working. Videos do not also load on my computer either.

This computer isn’t really good, so I acknowledge there could not be an adequate solution. I have also used PokeHex on the game but I had no difficulties with it.
