Pokemon Ultra Moon gets stuck at 0 fps after it zooms into your house at the start of the game

Pokemon Ultra moon gets stuck at 0 fps, the top screen is white and the lower screen is black. This happens when the game zooms into the player’s house at the start of the game.

Open Nvidia Control Panel then click on System Information in the bottom left, what driver version does it say is installed?
