Pokemon Ultra Sun Freezes

Every time I go to get my Pokedex rotom From Professor Kukui the game freezes:

It happens with my regular dump, and I even tried to randomize the game to see if that somehow fixed anything, but same thig happened, I tried to re-dump the game, but same thing happened.

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

I think we spoke about this exact issue in the Citra discord server. You have a corrupted ROM. In that sense, randomizing it is the same as washing a rotten apple; It’s not gonna make it fresh again somehow.
You’ll need to redump it properly. Make sure your GM9 is up to date and that you have enough space available on your SD-Card to succesfully dump the game (should be around 4gb):

Dumping Game Cartridges
Dumping Installed Titles

Lastly, though your log file didn’t mention it, it won’t hurt to generate a new nand folder for Citra in case there are any corrupted files in there:
Go to File>Open Citra Folder, then delete the nand folder found there and restart Citra.

I did re-dump properly, so that’s why I’m here

The problem is most definitely your ROM. If you’re convinced that you dumped your ROM properly, then I don’t know what else to tell you other than, try again.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
  • Please enable the Vsync option if you are experiencing screen tearing.
  • The CPU Clock percentage is not 100%. You may experience unexpected game speed.

nevermind i help on discord thank you guys
