When trying to update the driver following your link it fails and gives approx the following message: “Your system has a driver that is locked to the producersettings. Attempt to download the newest driver from the webside to the producer to update it.”
Its a old pc i got from school and probably therefore restricted to certain settings.
Windows 10 education for instance. And i have tried to find and update the driver but it does not seem to work.

There’s a way around that by manually installing an older driver first, then updating to the latest again:

Download win64_25.20.100.6373.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28289/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10
Mirror download: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/28289/a08/win64_25.20.100.6373.zip

Now you should be able to install the latest DCH drivers directly:
