Hereās some issues I found with your log that might help.
- You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intelās website. Support for IntelĀ® Graphics
- Please enable the Vsync option if you are experiencing screen tearing.
Still donāt know what the problem is plus do not know how to fix it.I have been a long time user without any problems and i really want to play it but i really need assistance A.S.A.P especially from @SleepingSnake

I was able to play the game on my laptop earlier but after clean resetting my laptop I am not able to play now and I am getting an error where the game after loading up to a particular point freezes.
Please upload a new log file.

Additionally, please re-enable Hardware Shaders in Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab

Windows appears to have reverted the driver. Update to the latest driver again using the instructions that I gave you earlier. Then use this tool to disallow Windows to automatically update the Intel GPU driver: https://web.archive.org/web/20190208013517/https:/download.microsoft.com/download/f/2/2/f22d5fdb-59cd-4275-8c95-1be17bf70b21/wushowhide.diagcab
Remember, your driver needs to be up to date in order to use this tool. If the GPU driver isnāt selectable, upload a new log file so that I can check whether youāve updated your driver correctly.
