Pokémon Ultra Sun Graphical Issues and Freezes

Issue:
I’ve been trying to play Pokémon Ultra Sun recently but whenever I try, my game screen freezes. I can hear the game audio, and if I press the A button I can still hear the interaction sound, but the screen is completely frozen. This usually happens after less than a minute. Also, in the minute where the screen is working, the screen flashes with this graphical issue. I’ve tried changing my settings, reinstalling my copy of Pokémon Ultra Sun, reinstalling Citra, clearing all my save data as I had 70 hours worth of data on my copy, but nothing has been working. My brother has a similar computer to mine but his copy has been working perfectly fine and I don’t know what to do. This problem has been happening for a while now, not just in the current version.

Your drivers are outdated, you need to update them.

To update, download and install gfx_win_101.2121.exe from Intel® 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows
Mirror download: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/774409/gfx_win_101.2121.exe

Let me know if you encounter any issues during the installation.

Thanks a bunch for the help! I downloaded the gfx_win_101.2115.exe as it was the only download that was available to me, but the game is working now. There is lag but I suspect I can fix that with some setting changes.

If you’d upload a new log file, we could take a look and see what can be tweaked.
