Pokemon Ultra Sun/Moon keeps freezing

Issue:
Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon keeps stopping when I recieve the call from Professor Kukui.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Support for Intel® Graphics

It says driver is already updated.

now it stops in a certain point of the game

This driver is still out of date. To update, download and install gfx_win_101.3790_101.2114.exe from Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers

If you’re certain that you updated correctly previously, Windows may have rolled back your update (yes, it annoyingly does that sometimes). You can prevent this from happening with this tool:
