Pokemon ultra sun used to be playable with no problem but now it wont load

my game was workign just fine not until I was waiting for ultra sun to load but then my cat decided to jump on the keyboard and it did something like a save which I didn’t do and only cancelled it. now when i try to open the rom, citra just shuts down with no error window or saying.

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

THIS IS WHAT FIXED IT !!!

Ensure you have the latest drivers by downloading AMD’s auto-detect tool: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-131 you might need to pick “Factory Reset” under additional options in the installer so you start with fresh drivers.

Also do this:

  1. Open Citra then go to File->Open Citra Folder
  2. Open shaders folder then delete the opengl folder if it is there.
  3. Emulation->Configure... then click on Graphics on the left
  4. Click on the Advanced tab and turn on Accurate Multiplication

The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to load all shaders slowly from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.
