Pokemon Ultra Sun won't load

I’ve been trying to play Pokemon Ultra Sun on citra but everytime i try i get the same message saying ‘citra-qt.exe has stopped working correctly.’

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80 GHz
  • GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 630
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Canary 2630
  • Game: Pokemon Ultra Sun

Its been 5 days and I’ve tried redownloading and removing from game directory and add it back in but all the simple things won’t work. Are there any other things I could be missing?

I assume by redownloading you mean redumping, make sure you follow our guides and have at least 4GB free space on your 3DS’s SD card:

I’m also having an issue where my game won’t load

here’s my log but i don’t know what the errors mean.
it was working fine earlier but i added some stuff using pkhex and now it won’t load and i don’t know why

Try delete the shader cache.

File -> Open Citra Folder, close Citra then delete the shaders folder.
