Pokemon X and Y black screen game fps is zero (Sun works fine). Log says Secure1 Keyx and Secure1 Keyx are missing

Issue:
Pokemon X and Y will not run even though just earlier today x was running fine. I tried to delete the save file on my x and now neither will work. Pokemon Sun runs completely fine but for x and y it shows the launching game slider then immediately goes to a black screen with no sound. I’ve tried Canary and Nightly and neither work. I even tried completely wiping Citra from my computer but still no luck.
