Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

Ok, go to Nvidia Control Panel and in Manage 3D Settings change preferred GPU to Nvidia. While you are there change Power management mode to Prefer maximum performance.
