Pokemon X bad lagging on loadings

Issue:
Everytime a screen loads on my Pokemon X game there is a really annoying lag before the battles starts.
It already crashed 3 times, and lost all my gameplay till last save point.

System Information

  • CPU: Intel Core i5 7400
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Canary 1591
  • Game: Pokemon X
