Hey i had few days ago an Update on Citra after that Pokemon x is Working but now the same problem Black screen and sound.

Seems like Windows rolled back your driver:

Update again:
Download and install gfx_win_101.2115.exe from IntelĀ® 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows

However this time, also download and use this tool to disallow windows from updating the intel Display driver:
