Try using a Citra build from their Github. Unofficial builds tend to not be as good as official ones and are not made by the team.

Thank you already downloaded the official one ,but can i play my save file in that citra i open the pokemon file it restarted

If you select your Citra folder when setting up the official build, your save should automatically transfer over.
