Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running default Windows drivers for your GPU. You need to install the proper drivers for your graphics card from the manufacturer’s website.
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

Your computer is too old, the i3-380M’s iGPU doesn’t support OpenGL 3.3

Even if you could run it, your CPU is slow in single thread performance

I tried enabling Accurate Multiplication but nothing, it still doesn’t work. Also when i try to update my drivers from the manufacturer’s website, it just tells me that they are updated to the last version. I don’t know what to do, help please.

Already gave you an answer, your computer is not compatible with Citra - it’s too old. i3-380M was released in 2010. The first iGPUs that supported OpenGL 3.3 on Windows were Intel HD 2500 and 4000 in 2012(Ivy Bridge, Core i 3000 series - e.g i7-3770).
