Issue:
During a battle with the Fire-type Elite Four member in Pokémon X, the game crashed after the second Pokémon was thrown into battle.

try clearing the Shaders, Updating or Downgrading your graphics driver, Or use an older or newer version of Citra!

This is a bug with flatpak’s included driver iirc. Please try out our Appimage build instead: Release nightly-2015 · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
