Issue:
I’m playing Pokemon X, and the game is crashing out frequently and unexpectedly during gameplay. I have been combing through other crash reports on this site, and I have tried to take the steps that you advocate for (the shader issue, for example). Unfortunately, nothing seems to be working. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
Does the same issue occur when not using any Save States? Try using only your in-game save files. If the same issue occurs again, please upload another log file.
MacOS seems to have issues with some of the recent changes made in Citra. Perhaps your issue is related to that. Please try out this older Citra version to test this:
Download citra-osx-20200707-bd7ee8c.tar.gz from Release nightly-1587: Common: remove a mod from AlignUp (#5441) · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract it and then run the citra-qt executable found inside of the extracted folder.

I used the version that was recommended to me (making sure to turn on Accurate Multiplication). It certainly works better, but it has still crashed a couple of times. It’s not as much of a problem, and I intend to play through it. Thank you so much for your help!
