Pokémon X freezes and shows black screen upon reboot

Issue:
Enter a description of your issue here, in full detail.
Though I was able to use Citra completely fine on another computer, I haven’t been able to play for more than a half hour at a time without the game freezing at a certain point. When I reboot the game file on Citra it only shows a black screen with the sound. However, if I reboot Citra it fixes the issue for another half hour or so. I noticed too that Citra runs a lot slower on this computer than my older one. I just updated my drivers, but it didn’t seem to help too much. Thanks for any suggestions! (I know many people have had similar issues before, but I haven’t yet found a solution that’s worked for me).

I would include a screenshot but it’s just a black screen.

Forget this entire thread, lol. I decided to look on the HP website instead of Intel’s and found a very important driver I hadn’t downloaded.

Which driver would that be, if I may ask?

It was the Intel WLAN driver, though I’m not entirely sure if this actually did anything. I have very little knowledge on this kind of thing, but I also ended up revisiting the Intel website and downloaded another driver update. Whatever I did seemed to fix the issue though.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
