<Pokemon X>I Cannot Save a Report on game (it works only SaveStates as Ctrl C)

Issue:
hello there I want to use GTS (to trade pokemon)
So I sign in Citra site, receive token, and then make the Room
But it say that ‘Not playing a game’

Why when I join a multiplayer room does it say that I’m “Not playing a game” even when I am?
This happens when you use Save States prior to connecting to a multiplayer room. Save States should be avoided entirely when using multiplayer.

as I say on the title, I cannot Save a Report on Game because when I press the Report button and select ‘Yes’

so I use the SaveStates(hotkey Ctrl C) to play the game.

  2. But if any solution exist, is there any way to transfer
    CSTfile(appdata-roaming-Citra-States) → Savefile(appdata-Roaming-Citra-Sdmc-Nintendo3ds-title-“main”)
    because SaveStates(Ctrl C) works normally

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.

but citra still freeze when I save report

Does saving your game using the in-game saving option work when you do not the use save states prior to saving in-game?

nope, saving in-game doesn’t work
Regardless of whether I use save states or not
I attempted both way but it came same result

Please upload a log file after attemping to save in-game without using any save states prior.
