Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Support for Intel® Graphics

I scanned for updates on my drivers and it says they are running optimal and up to date

22.20.16.4815 is from 2017 so hardly updated :stuck_out_tongue:

  1. Make sure Windows is updated, you should be on like 21H2 or 22H2. You can check what you currently have by opening winver (just do a Windows search for it near the Start button at the bottom left corner of the screen).

  2. Download this driver: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/28289/a08/win64_25.20.100.6373.zip
then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

  3. After 6373 is installed, download and install Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers from: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/124967/intel-core-i58250u-processor-6m-cache-up-to-3-40-ghz/downloads.html
