Pokemon X - No Outlines, Unchangable Settings, Part of The Screen Blocked Out

Issue:
When I load into my Pokémon X, Everything would seem normal at first, as I would have no fps issues or problems, But as soon as I get into the actual game, Around 20% of the screen is blocked on the right, There are no outlines (Yes, I know there are modifications to remove them, but I never used those), and the game is set to the max resolution possible. When I try to change the settings, nothing happens. Does anyone know how to reset all my Citra Settings?

You can reset all of your Settings by going to to the Emulation tab at the top of the Citra bar, selecting Configure and then by selecting General. There should then be a button at the bottom of General that says “Reset All Settings”
