Pokemon X not working well or smoothly

Issue:
Pokemon X does not run smoothly. I dint get good fps i only get around 11 to 17 fps. Only during battle i get 25 to 30 fps. The audio is also not smooth its buggy. The game has sevral bugs for example the top right screen text starts to mess up. Please fix this thank you!

Currently you pretty much need a Snapdragon phone for optimal performance.
