The screen randomly and frequently freezes and will not unfreeze, forcing me to restart the game and making it very frustrating to play. The audio keeps going. This only started happening after I entered Reflection Cave; the game ran smoothly the entire time before.

^ This driver is pretty out of date. To update, download and install
igfx_win_100.9805.exe from Intel® Graphics - Windows® DCH Drivers

If you’re still experiencing the issue after updating, make sure to also test whether this issue occurs without the use of any save states (meaning you should only use your in-game save file).
there was an error when I tried to install it. Could you please help me?
